About the Role- Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and implement clinical documentation to support resident care.
- Lead by example, providing guidance and support to colleagues to help them grow and develop.
- Role-model health and safety practices to promote a safe working environment.
You'll be someone who is empathetic and has experience working in an aged care setting. To succeed, you'll need:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Leadership experience in clinical care.
- A nursing degree and current registration with AHPRA.
- Strong documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
