Customer Service Manager Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our flooring solutions business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and service.

  • Investigate and process product warranty claims related to carpets, carpet tiles, and hard flooring in residential and commercial markets.
  • Areas of responsibilities include metropolitan, regional NSW, and ACT.
  • Ensure claims are handled in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
About You:
  • Proven experience in after-sales service within the flooring industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of soft and hard flooring products and installation methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and good computer skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple claims effectively.
