About Us

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service & Flooring Sales Consultant to support customers in their floor purchase journey and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Explaining and selling various flooring options to customers
  • Writing quotes and presenting appropriate flooring options
  • Measuring customers' homes and calculating surface areas
  • Assessing current flooring situations
  • Effectively handling customer objections and closing sales
  • Delivering exceptional customer service

Future Opportunities:

We offer career growth opportunities, including training and leading new sales consultants, managing larger commercial customers, and taking on management responsibilities as a Showroom Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or face-to-face customer service
  • Excellent English and communication abilities
  • Ability to learn the trade quickly
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Highly Valued Qualities:

  • Previous experience in the flooring industry
  • Computer and technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
