Job Title: OTR Tyres Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled supervisor to lead our tyre fitting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of the workshop, office, stock, and personnel at our mine site in Queensland.

About the Role
  • This is a critical leadership position that requires excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritise and direct personnel to perform tyre fitting and workshop maintenance tasks efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workforce by providing constructive feedback and promoting initiatives for increased safety and performance.
  • Demonstrate high-level supervision to ensure all safety systems are present and lead by example to ensure compliance with site and company policies.
About You
  • You should have two years of experience as a supervisor in the earthmover industry.
  • A Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21916/ AUR21920) would be highly regarded.
  • A valid C Class driving licence and current WorkSafe forklift licence are essential.
