Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful applicant will have proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in sales processing and the allocation of earthmoving machinery and services for commercial, government, and private projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for booking, coordinating, and allocating earthmoving equipment and materials for the construction industry. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assessing and anticipating customer needs to achieve a successful outcome
  • Entering data into project software
  • Developing relationships and liaising with owner/operator sub-contractors regarding booking requirements
  • Ongoing daily fleet management to exceed customer needs
  • Assisting in recruiting and managing sub-contractors, including fielding inquiries from new and existing owner/operators
  • Maintaining compliance requirements and paperwork to ensure standards are met
  • Providing clear and concise information to customers, sub-contractor, and internal departments

**Benefits:**

  • Competitive salary ($60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year)
