We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our asset management strategy.
This pivotal role is responsible for driving the financial and operational success of maintenance contracts within our dealership territories.
- Manage all customer agreements, ensuring alignment with internal functions and contract deliverables
- Drive equipment performance and reliability by leveraging technology and support programs
- Champion safety by overseeing processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory systems
- Build strong customer relationships and position as a leader in equipment management
- Oversee personnel resourcing, governance processes and financial performance to deliver best-practice outcomes
- Provide accurate reporting and embed continuous improvement initiatives across operational teams
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- At least 10 years' experience in a leadership role within the mining or heavy earthmoving industry
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or engineering
- A proven record of achievement in operations, including managing significant profit and loss responsibilities
- Strong capability in establishing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships
- Broad experience across operations, sales and commercial functions
