Key Customer Service Role

This key customer service role plays a vital part in delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional front-of-house customer service, as well as operational support for gallery services.
  • Collaborate closely with all gallery staff to deliver a range of programs and services.
  • Take direction from the Gallery Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional who has worked in a similar environment, including reception, gift shops, ticketing, telephone, information, and email communications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

They should also demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality customer service and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
