Our team is seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Service & Delivery Specialist. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through interactions with clients, suppliers, medical professionals, facilities, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, with excellent time management and organizational skills. A current and satisfactory police check is also required. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to perform manual work, including lifting items, bending, squatting, kneeling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with clients, suppliers, medical professionals, facilities, and key stakeholders to provide top-notch service.
  • Specialized Deliveries: Undertake deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals.
  • Equipment Assembly: Perform accurate assembly of equipment.
  • Trial Equipment: Set up trial equipment.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Efficiently manage scheduling, time management, and administrative duties.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support and recommend products and services.
  • Liaison Services: Liaise with clients to coordinate and organize delivery and pick-up times.
  • Documentation: Document and report on delivery/product information.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels as required.
  • Warehousing Duties: Perform warehousing duties as necessary.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain a range of healthcare equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Credentials: Maintain a current and satisfactory police check.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform manual work, including lifting items, bending, squatting, kneeling.
  • Certifications: Test and Tag license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
