
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Perform general office and administration duties, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, harmonious environment.
