Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the creation of market-leading ideas for our clients. You will work closely with our account management team to deliver media solutions that span across all offline and online channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns
  • Be the support contact for client/media liaison on day-to-day matters
  • Administrative services such as the arrangement of meetings, preparation of WIPs, compilation of project reports
  • Checking booking confirmations and pre-times, campaign monitoring, post-analysis matching, and reporting under the guidance of your direct manager
  • Media Campaign Delivery tracking (all communication channels)
  • Providing assistance to the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration
  • Generate creative ideas within role accountabilities (process improvements etc.) and actively contribute to idea generation and optimisation

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
