Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our team at Optimum Media Direction (OMD).

Role Overview

In this role, you will assist in the creation of market-leading ideas for clients across various brands. You will be trained through real-life on-the-job training, our internal program 'Accelerate', and industry sessions.

About the Role
  • You will support day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns.
  • You will be the point of contact for client/media liaison on day-to-day matters.
  • You will provide administrative services such as arranging meetings, preparing WIPs, compiling project reports.
  • You will check booking confirmations and pre-times, campaign monitoring, post-analysis matching, and reporting under guidance from your direct manager.
  • You will track media campaign delivery across all communication channels.
  • You will assist with invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration.
  • You will generate creative ideas within your role accountabilities and contribute to idea generation and optimisation.
