The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Media Assistant at OMD, you will assist the team in creating market-leading ideas for our clients across various brands. You will be trained in digital and traditional media channels through real-life on-the-job training, internal programs like 'Accelerate', and industry sessions.

You will work closely with our creative minds to deliver media solutions that span across all offline and online channels, including television, radio, cinema, press, OOH, and digital platforms. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting day-to-day account management and campaign implementation
  • Being the primary contact for client/media liaison on day-to-day matters
  • Providing administrative services such as meeting arrangements, WIP preparation, project report compilation
  • Monitoring booking confirmations, pre-times, campaign monitoring, post-analysis matching, and reporting under the guidance of your direct manager
  • Tracking media campaign delivery across all communication channels
  • Assisting the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration
  • Generating creative ideas within your role accountabilities and contributing to idea generation and optimization
