The role of a Digital Media Coordinator at Optimum Media Direction (OMD) offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that manages media strategies for some of the world's largest advertisers and iconic brands.

As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will assist in the creation of market-leading ideas for clients, working with talented individuals who deliver innovative media solutions across various offline and online channels. This role involves supporting day-to-day account management, implementing campaigns, and providing administrative services such as arranging meetings, preparing work-in-progress reports, and compiling project reports.

You will also be responsible for checking booking confirmations, campaign monitoring, post-analysis matching, and reporting under the guidance of your direct manager. Additionally, you will contribute to idea generation and optimisation, generate creative ideas within role accountabilities, and provide assistance to the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns
