Job Description:

As a Media Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting the members of your team in creating market-leading ideas for our clients for some of New Zealand's most recognised brands.

You will assist in the creation of innovative digital and traditional media channels, working closely with our team to deliver media solutions that span across all offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day account management and implementation of campaigns
  • Be the support contact for client/media liaison on day-to-day matters
  • Provide administrative services such as arranging meetings, preparing work-in-progress reports, and compiling project reports
  • Monitor campaign performance, track media bookings, and provide post-analysis matching under the guidance of your direct manager
  • Assist in media campaign delivery tracking across all communication channels
  • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the role's accountabilities, including process improvements and idea optimisation

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
