About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Securecorp. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and emergency response to one of our Public Transport clients, working in a dual mobile patrol vehicle with a K9.
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively in a team with a K9 and handler
- Provide a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
Rostered Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights

Requirements
- Current Security License
- Control Room License – Highly regarded
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
It is essential that you are highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
Security Master License
Must have 3 years of experience in the industry and have Crowd Control experience.
Must commit to permanent Friday and Saturday nights and ability to relieve during the week.
Permanent role for Friday and Saturday is from Manly Station.
