About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Cairns team, where you will be part of a dynamic and growing organization. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients, as well as conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Conducting regular building patrols to identify and report security and safety risks
- Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems to ensure the security and safety of our clients and their assets
- Responding to emergency situations and providing support to tenants and facilities
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously and adapt to changing situations
- Australian citizenship or hold unlimited work rights
- Valid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass) and Crowd Control endorsement
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
