We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Expert to join our team. This position involves leading the development and execution of sourcing strategies for high-value materials and services.
This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing post-award activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Analyze Supplier Responses: Analyze supplier responses and manage contract negotiations to drive cost savings.
- Manage Supplier Relationships: Oversee supplier relationships and post-award activities, including handling disputes and maintaining agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating complex categories.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hybrid work model with both remote and onsite work.
- Some travel required, with expenses reimbursed.
- This role supports projects in various locations across the US.
- Training will be provided on specific platforms and projects.
