Our enterprise-level client is seeking a Senior IT Sourcing Manager for a permanent, on-site position in Charlotte, NC. This position includes a competitive annual salary as well as a 10-15% annual bonus.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall relationship with my client's IT vendors and service providers, including sourcing, selection, contract negotiations/compliance, and spend analytics. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of relevant sourcing experience, as well as solid expertise in negotiating technology-related agreements, including application software, SaaS, and professional services.

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience (preferably in IT and in highly regulated industries)
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex technology agreements (software licensing, SaaS, cloud, professional services, core banking systems, etc.) with measurable cost savings and value delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level vendor relationships, including contract compliance, performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence Director and Executive Management levels while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
