We are seeking a highly skilled sourcing expert to join our team. This role involves leading the development and execution of procurement strategies for high-value materials and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute procurement plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze supplier responses and manage contract negotiations to drive cost savings.
- Oversee supplier relationships and post-award activities, including handling disputes and maintaining agreements.
- Participate in change management strategies and mentor procurement personnel.
- Support strategic procurement initiatives for energy business units.
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of related supply chain experience.
- Proven track record in sourcing and negotiating complex categories.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with e-sourcing tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Labor background or construction background is preferred.
- Hybrid work model with both remote and onsite work (3 days a week).
- Some travel required, with expenses reimbursed (travel counted as an onsite day).
- This role supports projects in various regions.
- Training will be provided on specific platforms and projects.
- The position offers the potential for full-time employment.
