Job Title: Senior IT Sourcing Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively manage and maintain the overall relationship with clients' IT vendors and service providers. This involves analyzing vendor performance, negotiating agreements, and ensuring that these relationships align with the organization's goals and objectives.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of relevant sourcing experience, as well as solid expertise in negotiating technology-related agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise-level vendor relationships, including contract compliance, performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Negotiate complex technology agreements (software licensing, SaaS, cloud, professional services, core banking systems, etc.) with measurable cost savings and value delivery.
  • Present to and influence Director and Executive Management levels while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience (preferably in IT and in highly regulated industries)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
