Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other applications and collaboration tools to enhance business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex business requirements in a Salesforce environment.
  • Collaborate with UX and Design teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with business needs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce Development, including Configuration and Customization, with a focus on Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, LWC (Lightning Web Component) framework development, Apex Development, and CICD.
  • Hold the following Salesforce certifications: Administrator, App Builder, and Platform Developer 1.
  • Proven technical knowledge and experience in modern JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, digital assets, and Salesforce platform features.
  • Ability to establish a collaborative working culture and environment within the project team, with external delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria

  • Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development.
  • Platform Developer 2 certification and advanced administrator certification.
  • Experience working on complex delivery of business requirements in a Salesforce environment, in addition to experience working with UX and Design teams.
  • Experience in Vlocity Integration procedures, Integrations using APIs and Auth Providers.
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
