Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in customer service? We are seeking a talented Client Services Associate to join our Global Client Services team.

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services and day-to-day operations at a global level. You will be responsible for supporting clients at all levels, assisting with the KYC procedure, providing training and support to enhance client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape, analysing feedback and improving client experience, maintaining open communication between departments to resolve issues, and dispute handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients across various regions and time zones.
  • KYC Assistance: Assist clients with the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client satisfaction and improve knowledge of CFD products.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance client experience.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication between departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Dispute Handling: Handle disputes in a fair and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
  • Knowledge of CFD industry and relevant products is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational skills, including time management and analytical thinking.
