About Us

We empower individuals with disability, injury or health conditions to achieve their career goals. Our team of dedicated professionals supports them through the job-readiness journey.

Our Role

At BREAKTHRU, we're proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.

As a Career Coach, you'll support individuals as they prepare for a meaningful career. You'll guide them through the process - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career objectives.

From initial consultation to job application and interview preparation, you'll provide continuous support to ensure individuals feel ready to step into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
About You

You bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career. At the same time, you enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit.

You're proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, always maintaining accurate records and upholding a high standard of service. Above all, you lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.
