We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and confidently.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to support customers with their daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will work closely with customers, families, and clinical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote health, safety, and well-being.

  • Passion for working with people with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic first aid and manual handling skills
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support
