We offer a competitive salary package, with the estimated annual salary for this role ranging from $128,327 to $133,758 (RN4) or $114,314 to $124,449 (AHP4), plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits. Job Description

The Team Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing a dedicated team of professionals providing high-quality mental health services to the local community. Your strong leadership skills, coupled with your expertise in mental health practice, will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring efficient and effective use of available funding and staff.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging professional development and ongoing learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals, community organisations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must hold relevant qualifications and experience in mental health practice. For RN4 classification, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. For AHP4 classification, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service.
