**Role Overview**

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an exceptional Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Palliative Care Unit and make a profound impact on patient lives.

About the Role:

  • This leadership position offers the opportunity to provide clinical guidance, foster a positive team environment, and ensure exceptional care delivery to patients facing life-limiting illnesses.
  • As an experienced nurse, you will leverage your expertise in palliative care principles to drive continuous improvement of care practices and uphold the highest standards of patient-centred care.
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
  • A deep understanding of palliative care principles and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care are essential.
