Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurses to join the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division at Modbury Hospital.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

  • You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • A current practicing certificate

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $84,870 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata), plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits.

Immunisation and Safety Requirements

Please note that Immunisation Risk for this position is Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances). SA Health Services require the implementation of the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
