**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Lead for our Acute Care of the Elderly unit.

As the Clinical Lead for the Acute Care of the Elderly unit, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices. You will mentor and guide your team, promoting professional development and continuous learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

- Current practicing certificate

- Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills

**Salary**

The salary for this position is $121,537 - $126,970 per annum, plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits.
