We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a General Manager - Civil Engineering. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence in our regional NSW operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence through high standards for systems and processes. You will lead our team of highly skilled engineers, designers, and technical experts to deliver comprehensive consulting engineering services, including road, bridge, and structural engineering, as well as residential and commercial building projects, land development, and flood studies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in structural and civil engineering or a closely related field.
