About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Shadforth Civil Contractors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across infrastructure, subdivisions, community projects, and roadworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve performance issues promptly and effectively.
  • Cost Reporting: Report on production costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Procurement: Handle the procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, with previous experience in delivering subdivision projects highly regarded.
  • Skills: Strong skills in managing client relationships, proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors, and exceptional people management abilities.
