  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Specialist, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of our quarry operations.
  • As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading compliance practices and driving excellence across multiple quarries.

You will work closely with our quarry management, regulatory agencies, and operational teams to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your expert knowledge and collaborative style will help shape how we operate in alignment with legislative and environmental obligations.

A strong understanding of quarry operations, regulations, and environmental management practices is essential for this role. You will be required to identify and address potential risks before they escalate, ensuring our operations remain safe and sustainable.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their technical knowledge, has excellent communication skills, and can influence diverse stakeholders including contractors, regulatory agencies, and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in quarry management, health & safety management, geology, or a related field. A Quarry Practising Certificate is also essential for this role.
