As a Quarries Compliance Specialist, you will drive excellence across multiple quarries using your expert knowledge and collaborative style.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in quarry operations
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks
- Collaborate with operational teams to achieve compliance goals
Quarries Practising Certificate is essential. You will also require tertiary qualifications in quarry management or a related field, or significant quarry management experience. Strong understanding of quarry operations, regulations, and environmental management practices are necessary.
Additional requirements include demonstrated experience in high-risk environments with a strong safety focus, proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders, incident investigation and reporting skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
