- Working holistically with carers, families, and service providers to help children and young people reach their goals.
- Documenting children and young people's goals, journey, and milestones.
- Helping children and young people achieve permanency and a stable home life.
About You
To be successful as a Caseworker, you'll need to be resilient, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
You'll be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to the safety and well-being of children and young people.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A compassionate and supportive work environment.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
- A competitive salary and salary packaging options.
- Access to a range of employee benefits and services.
