Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled visual retail professional to execute visually compelling store displays that drive sales growth and uphold brand standards.


Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement store layouts, merchandising, and visual displays aligned with company guidelines to achieve a cohesive look across all stores.
  • Maintain high visual presentation standards, ensuring accurate planogram execution in each store location.
  • Manage stock placement, movement, and clearances to support sales performance, collaborating closely with regional sales managers and store managers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance visual merchandising and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor product performance and provide recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date store floor plans using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide regular updates and visual refresh plans for store execution, ensuring seamless implementation.

Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within retail furniture or homewares, demonstrating expertise in visual display and spatial awareness.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools, with a strong understanding of visual communication principles.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
