Visual Merchandiser Role at Our Brand Centre

The Visual Merchandiser plays a crucial role in driving profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This advanced retail professional oversees the visual merchandising experience, ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of global visual merchandising direction in our store.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing visual merchandising and brand elements within market calendars and specific activations.
  • Representing our brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action.
  • Identifying sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicating suggestions to management to address them and drive commercial success.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can:

  • Train and coach our floor team on VM standards for consistent flawless execution.
  • Manage space allocation based on product presentation movement and analysis of space management results.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe workplace that is compliant with Occupational Health & Safety standards.

Requirements:

  • English spoken and written (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Minimum 1 year's work experience working as a visual merchandiser in a customer-focused branded retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Technologically adept, with high proficiency in systems, software packages including MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel.
