Job Title: Merchandiser

The ideal candidate will possess excellent merchandising skills and be able to maintain high visual standards across the store.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticketing and promote a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with department managers to implement promotional campaigns and brand guidelines effectively.
  • Regularly review display integrity and address any errors or issues promptly.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining end caps, feature displays, and point-of-sale materials efficiently.
  • E nsure displays accurately reflect current stock availability and showcase best-selling products.
  • Identify opportunities for visual improvements and enhanced customer engagement, and implement them proactively.
  • Support stock movements and floor resets to maintain a cohesive merchandising layout.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising or visual display is preferred but not essential.
  • Understand the importance of brand representation and customer engagement through effective visual presentation.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Develop strong communication and collaboration skills to achieve team goals.
  • Be physically fit and able to lift or move display items as needed.
