Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and implement best practice standards to create engaging consumer journeys, highlighting product features and brand stories.
  • Train and guide visual merchandisers to deliver exceptional execution across the entire market.
  • Cascade brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards to store teams for consistent execution.
  • Guide visual merchandisers on consumer journeys, store layout, capacities, color flow, mannequin styling, and VM standards.
  • Assist in measuring and reporting on retail productivity with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the omni-channel team by providing field insights to inform campaign planning.
Requirements and Qualifications">
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in sports or fashion customer-focused retail environments, preferably in a visual merchandising role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
