Human Capital Management Transformation Expert

As a seasoned HCM transformation professional, you will be part of a team that focuses on innovation in workforce operations and experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Create employee experience strategies with market-relevant thought leadership.
- Deliver HR Transformation E2E projects and state-of-the-art HR Service Transformation solutions at global scale.
- Design and operationalise HR strategies through HR TOM and HR Process Design.
- Support clients with implementation and adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies from Hire to Retire.
Key skills required for this role include:
- Domain expertise in processes from the Hire to Retire employee cycle.
- Translation of employee experience needs into business requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in HR technologies such as HCM cloud systems, HR ticketing/workflow tools, or other HR solutions.
- Project and change management activities for HR Transformation projects.
