Job Opportunity: Change Management Specialist
This position is an excellent chance for a skilled professional to lead the design and delivery of change management strategies in Human Capital Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale change implementations, managing a team of specialists, and ensuring successful transformation outcomes. Key attributes required include experience in leading complex end-to-end change projects, proven ability to work in dynamic environments with varied engagement and impacts, strategic thinking, and hands-on delivery skills.
The ideal candidate should also possess strong public sector experience and have demonstrated consulting experience where applicable.
