Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Capital Specialist to join our team. As a Human Capital Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping the leadership capabilities of senior management in leading corporations.

This role involves working with leaders to understand their business strategies and developing impactful learning solutions. You will work in small teams to design and deliver people transformation projects, develop project leadership skills, and manage client relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in client challenges, be able to work well in a team, and have sales exposure. You should also be able to contribute to client relationship management, assist consultants in facilitating workshops, and help clients address new needs within their organisation.

This is an entry-level or early career role that offers a chance to grow capability in business development, client partnership, and various centres of expertise such as leadership development, coaching, assessment, sales capability, strategy, and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will travel extensively throughout Australia, up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods, to facilitate programs. The rest of the time will be spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients: interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, and testing programs.
