ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining asset data, including creating and updating data, designing data architecture, and overseeing applications.
- Ensuring that asset data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures for asset data management.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that asset data meets business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in information management, engineering, information technology or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in asset data and information management to support business processes and implement ongoing improvements.
- Able to foster innovation and support process improvement.
- Understanding of the requirements for total quality management, including quality assurance, service assessment, continuous improvement, and environmental management.
- Demonstrated ability to use the MS Office suite to develop written documents in Word; summarised data in Excel using formulas and graphs to analyse data; effective presentations in PowerPoint.
