Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining asset data, including creating and updating data, designing data architecture, and overseeing applications.
  • Ensuring that asset data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.
  • Developing and implementing processes and procedures for asset data management.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that asset data meets business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in information management, engineering, information technology or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in asset data and information management to support business processes and implement ongoing improvements.
  • Able to foster innovation and support process improvement.
  • Understanding of the requirements for total quality management, including quality assurance, service assessment, continuous improvement, and environmental management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use the MS Office suite to develop written documents in Word; summarised data in Excel using formulas and graphs to analyse data; effective presentations in PowerPoint.
