We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to lead our construction projects forward.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project administration, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead teams of builders, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers in resolving construction matters.
  • Develop and review contracts, scopes, and procurement schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Review contract estimates, including proposed materials and costs, to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of detail and quality control throughout project progress.
  • Issue project variations and progress claims to relevant parties.
  • Solve complex problems throughout the entire project lifecycle, finding innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to interpret architectural plans and drive project success.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and review project budgets to identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Approve progress payments to contractors and vendors.
  • Assist in dispute resolution matters through negotiation and mediation.

Bilingual skills in English and Chinese are advantageous.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

They must also be proficient in financial management, contract administration, and project coordination.

Experience working with international clients is beneficial.
