Job Title: Divisional Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive coordinator to provide administrative support to the Director, Museum Experience & Engagement. This role will involve coordinating the work of the Museum Experience & Engagement Division, including research, analysis, and reporting.

">About the Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Museum Experience & Engagement, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the team.
  • Coordinate the work of the Museum Experience & Engagement Division, including developing and implementing projects, managing schedules, and tracking progress.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively work with unit heads and managers across the Division to achieve shared goals.
About You:
  • 3+ years' experience as a Team Assistant/Coordinator, with expertise in diary management and scheduling.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
  • Experience in CRM platforms such as Tessitura is advantageous.
