Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a professional to provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operations of the Australian Museum Research Institute Division.

  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other divisions to achieve divisional goals
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the division
  • Contribute to research projects and collections management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support research activities and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems
  • Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps and services
  • Desirable: experience with HPE Content Manager, Monday.com, Sharepoint, and my Work Zone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work outside core hours as required
