Job Description

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to lead our finance team in delivering high-quality forecasting, budgeting and reporting across multiple regions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

The role involves leading and coordinating the financial planning and analysis function for UK, EMEA and India markets. This includes preparing, analyzing and presenting budgets, forecasts and monthly performance results to regional leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and experience working in a global business environment. They will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence non-finance audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • FP&A - Regional Leadership Teams:
    • Lead and coordinate FP&A function for UK, EMEA and India markets.
    • Prepare, analyze and present budgets, forecasts and monthly performance results to regional leadership teams.
    • Support commercial leaders in preparation of periodic business reviews.
    • Provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • FP&A - Shared Services:
    • Partner with Finance, IT and People shared services teams to manage cost center budgets and forecasts.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to track cost allocation and service delivery efficiency.
    • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial transparency and performance tracking.
  • CORPORATE COMMERCIAL REPORTING:
    • Deliver regular sales analysis, pricing reviews and margin analysis to support group commercial reporting.
    • Prepare and maintain commercial P&L statements, KPI dashboards and metrics.
  • BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS DEVELOPMENT:
    • Support BI reporting, dashboard development and data analytics to enhance decision-making across the business.
    • Build in-house BI expertise for critical reporting functions.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably CPA or CA qualified.
  • Minimum 5+ years in standalone FP&A, commercial finance or similar analytical finance roles reporting directly to FP&A Manager or Director.
  • Extensive evidence of successful business partnering, stakeholder management and FP&A related duties.
  • Experience working in a global business and supporting global stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in commercial analysis (Sales analysis, pricing reviews, commercial P&L preparation).
  • Experience leading data analytics and reporting improvements, including automation and dashboarding.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences.
