Our client is a leading Australian retail organisation with a significant footprint in the FMCG/Retail sector. With a strong focus on operational excellence and innovation, they manage complex supply chains and production facilities, to deliver high-quality products to millions of customers nationwide.
Job Description
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business strategies and decisions.
Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to assist in planning processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and interpret financial data.
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste or excess inventory.
Support ad hoc financial projects as required by management.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate Will Be
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ACCA/CA/CPA qualified.
Proficiency in SAP or proven ability to pick up ERP software with ease.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Experience in the Retail industry or similar fast-paced environments.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
