Financial Analyst - Mergers and Acquisitions

As a financial analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the investment and M&A function. You will develop and maintain detailed financial business cases and valuation models, lead and coordinate financial due diligence, and provide insightful financial analysis and reporting on the performance of acquired businesses.

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial business cases and valuation models.
  • Lead and coordinate financial due diligence for acquisitions, divestments, and loans.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting on the performance of acquired businesses.
  • Drive the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking for equity-owned businesses.
  • Proactively identify and lead initiatives to improve automation, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency within management and investment reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence.
  • A strong background in management accounting, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Experience with month-end, half-year, and year-end closing processes.
  • A strong understanding of financial governance and risk management.
  • A collaborative mindset and a knack for building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
