Financial Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Analyst – Mergers & Acquisitions Step into a high-impact M&A role with Amicum — Australia's leading specialist advisory firm in Aged Care & Retirement Living transactions.
We're looking for a commercially sharp, finance-savvy analyst to join our close-knit team and support the execution of significant deals across aged care facilities, retirement villages, and related property assets (often up to $100M+).
What You'll Do:
Analyse and model financials of Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios
Support sales staff with pricing insights and attend client meetings
Prepare marketing reports and investor-grade Information Memorandums
Coordinate due diligence through virtual data rooms
Conduct site inspections and assist in portfolio valuations
Maintain CRM and internal sales databases

What You Bring:
3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
Strong financial literacy (balance sheets, modelling, reporting)
Proficiency in Excel, Word & data platforms
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Interest or experience in M&A, transactions, or sales advisory
A team mindset — you'll be joining a small, highly effective group
