This key role delivers evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding to help clients regain independence and continue living at home. Together as a team, we strive to make a positive difference in people's lives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration. Proven ability to assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community is essential. Key responsibilities include assessing occupational therapy needs, designing and implementing tailored programs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will also be expected to operate effectively independently and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
