Independent Living Support Specialist

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide in-home care services to clients with various needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing support to elderly individuals, enabling them to live independently at home.
- Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, transportation, and household management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with the elderly and has experience in providing in-home care services.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using their skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality support to our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing in-home care services to clients with various needs.
- Assisting clients with personal care activities.
- Transporting clients to appointments and outings.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in providing in-home care services.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Community Services.
- Flexibility and availability for work.
- A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- A valid driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
- The ability to use a smartphone.
